마파두부
오랫만에 옛기억을 더듬어 마파두부를 만들어 보았답니다. 한그릇 음식을 즐겨하는 저는 요런 사이즈의 플레이트가 딱 좋더라구요. 그날의 메뉴에 따라서 플레이트만 바꿔 셋팅하면 그럴싸하고 질리지도 않아서 좋아요. 간단하게 김치나 단무지 혹은 장아찌류만 한가지 곁들이면 맛있게 한끼 해결!!

등심 카레라이스
어제는 마파두부를 만들어 담아먹고 오늘은 등심카레라이스 담아서 사용해보았는데요. 그릇이 오목해서 담음새가 아주 좋았아요. 숟가락으로 떠 먹기에도 아주 좋더라구요.

차돌박이 숙주볶음
