돼지고기 미소국


김장하고 남은 자투리 배추가 많아서 끓여보았는데 맛있더라구요.

일본식이라 마늘이 안들어가는데도 괜찮았어요.


멸치다시를 진하게 내서 혹은 가쯔오부시오랑 다시마로 육수를 내도 좋아요.
다시낸것에 배추나 무, 그리고 버섯 아무거나를 넣어줍니다.
무를 넣을때는 당근도 같이 들어가면 맛있어요.
그리고 얇게 저민 고기(집에 있는 고기 아무거나) 를 넣어서 끌여주다가 미소를 넣고 한소끔 더 끓여주면 완성!
